  • We do not offer refunds for delivery on change‑of‑mind purchases but we will refund the cost of the item once returned to AYLI Online.

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and checked at AYLI Online.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Standard delivery costs are refunded; return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
