How does Collection work?

You can collect your order for free from an upcoming antique & collectables fair or from our business address. Once you place your order you will receive an email with an ‘Order Number’. When you arrive at your collection location we will ask for the last 5 digits of your Order number as well as the name on the order, If you are buying an item over £300 or age restricted, we may request ID. (This must be in the same name as the order).
How does Delivery work?

Delivery is a brilliant choice if you want your item quickly or live too far away to collect. At checkout, select the shipping option you would like to use and enter your address. Once you have paid we will send an email with the option to track your delivery and your order number.
What are returns like?

When ordering online you have 14 days to contact us about a return and another 14 days to return the product to AYLI Online. We will hold the refund until we have received the product and examined it, once this is complete we will refund the amount and notify you by email. For our refund policy visit our information page.
